Part-time Entry Level Contracted position – Clerical Support
Multi-Services and Community Supports (M-SACS), seeks a part time Contracted Administrative Assistant to work at our Henry County office (located in McDonough, Georgia). Assistant will work with M-SACS' Strategic Planning Committee and CEO to monitor and implement key strategies related to finance, public image, and member recruitment and retention.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with all aspects of organization’s functions, to include but not limited to: Xeroxing, faxing, filing, web-site maintenance, word processing, compiling mailings, data entry, making and receiving calls.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have an understanding of professional business operations, good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), excellent organizational skills, able to follow business ethics, confidentiality and protocols. Candidate must have above average written and verbal communication skills along with a “can do” attitude. Must be a team player and comfortable working in a small business environment. Candidates should have reliable transportation. Be a fast learner and have the ability to keep up in a fast pace environment.
Hours and Reimbursement for services:
This is a part time contracted position with a 10-14 hour work week, which can be split between two or three days per week. Pay rate is $8.00 -$10.00 per/hour but, may be more based on experience. This is a contract position. Part-Time which can lead to Full-Time position

Case Manager Professional
This is a full time contracted position for a person who will be responsible for overseeing Case Management services to individuals throughout the program. The right candidate will also coordinate, monitor and manage matters of the program as well as build and maintain relationships with referral sources, agencies, physicians, therapists and payor sources. This candidate will coordinate the development and implementation of services and treatments to individuals in accordance with their Plan. Additional responsibilities include the monitoring of corporate and regulatory program compliance as well as the quality of services delivered to individuals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in education, social work, psychology, counseling (or a closely related field) from an accredited college/university. Preferred a concentration in Special Education in college coursework
- AND
- 2 years of experience providing Case Management to individual’s with intellectual/ developmental disabilities.
- Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong technical skills such as Excel, Word, Power point
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish, Burmese and French-Creole is a plus but not required

Direct Care Worker-
M-SACS is currently looking for English and Spanish speaking, Direct Care workers and ABA Direct Care workers to provide in home services to children diagnosed with autism, PDD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and MR/DD in our In-Home Residential Habilitation and our In-Home Respite program throughout Fulton, Clayton, Dekalb and Henry counties. Direct Care Workers will assist with developing independent living skills, such as budgeting, shopping, laundry and traveling as well as encouraging independence in basic Activities of Daily Living Skills such as personal hygiene. Assists consumer in menu planning, shopping and cooking. Assists consumer in keeping their scheduled appointments. Participates in admission and orientation of new consumers. Completes all required documentation daily. Communicates important information to Supervisor.

To qualify, you must have a min. of an Associate Degree required and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. You must have 3 year experience working with children with special needs. You will be responsible for providing direct service while implementing approved strategies and techniques which may include ABA programs based on goal and behavior plans. Also you are expected to collect/record data and collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high quality of services are being provided. Background clearance check through State GBI and compliance with health regulations for physical examination and TB testing. Para-professional who work/worked in a local school system setting with children with special needs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Special Instructor-
M-SACS - BCW Early Intervention Program is looking for independent contractors for fee-for-service Special Instructor positions. We seek both English speaking and Spanish speaking applicants.
Incumbents will work with children ages birth to 3 years old at their home and in a community based setting to address functional and developmental needs.
Collaborates with other disciplines and caregivers in administering multi-disciplinary evaluations and implementation of the IFSP. Maintains ongoing state mandated credentialing and training requirements. Available to provide services throughout metro Atlanta counties.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
The ideal candidates must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or a related field from an accredited college or university. In addition, a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children ages birth to 3 is required.
Must have criminal clearances. Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Rate: $ 18.00-$25.00 per case/per week
